1. Bring 4 to 6 quarts of water to a boil make sure you add salt to water, cook 9 mins or until al dente do not over cook..
2. While water is is warming add Olive oil to a saute.
3. Pan and cook sausage until done, then add the garlic,red pepper and broccoli, sauce for a minute or two then add chicken broth cook on a simmer till broccoli is cooked but not overcooked, add gorgonzola cheese and heavy cream cook until cheese starts to melt, in a large bowl add pasta and pour sausage pan over the pasta mix well add parmesan cheese and enjoy.....
