  9. Prepare of Salt to taste.
  10. You need to prepare 2 Tablespoon of Yogurt.
  11. Prepare of Roasting.
  12. You need to prepare of Oil, ghee or butter as required.

Paneer Tikka instructions

  1. Marinate the Paneer with all marination ingredients,and marinate at least 20 minutes,overnight is best..
  2. Take Skewer and arrange paneer, onions and capsicum on a skewer, alternating with each other..
  3. Heat the pan add butter or oil roast them 3,4 minutes on medium low heat then flip on other side and cook more few minutes, You can do it in oven as well.
  4. Remove from pan and serve with chutney or your favourite sauce..
