  1. Prepare 1 cup of fenugreek leaves finally chopped.

  3. Prepare 2 tbsp of coriander mint leaves garlic paste.
  4. You need to prepare 1 tbsp of carom seeds.
  5. Prepare 1 tbsp of sesame seeds.
  6. Prepare Pinch of asafoetida.
  7. You need to prepare 3 tbsp of curd.
  8. Prepare to taste of salt.
  9. You need to prepare 1 tbsp of jeggery.
  10. You need to prepare 1 tbsp of green chilies and ginger paste.
  11. Prepare 2 tbsp of finely chopped green garlic.
  12. Prepare as needed of water.
  13. You need to prepare 1/4 cup of ghee.
  14. Prepare as needed of oil.
  15. Prepare 1 tsp of turmeric powder.
  16. You need to prepare 1 tsp of pickle masala with oil.

Methi paratha step by step

  1. Together all ingredients,wash& finally chopped methi leaves,add in a big bowl all ingredients (not wheat flour)mix all properly,rest for 5 minutes..
  2. After 5 minutes mix with the help of spoon,add flour if required add water,make dough,apply 1 tsp oil on it knead cover rest for 5 minutes.after 5 minutes knead it again & prepare small balls..
  3. Roll it like chapati,cook on both sides applying oil..
  4. Apply ghee on paratha..
  5. Serve with green chutney,mango pickle,curd,milk.Your choice..
